Jay Clausen Posts: 9 Location: NL	Posted: Sat Apr. 08, 2006 8:18 pm If anyone is interested I plan to do a 2-3hr road ride at an endurance pace with 30 mins of tempo and a couple of sprints thrown in to get the juices flowing. I plan to swing by the Exit 12 / I-89 park/ride at 1 pm. I will be wearing the S&W kit. Jay
