Weather permitting. Snowshoe from my house Sat. or Sun. whatever time works for people. Post up if you'd like to come and when you can make it, otherwise the time/day is likely to change last minute. Ryan

Ryan, I'd love to join you, but I'll be celebrating my fathers 70th in Vermont. Get those ski in there and rip it up. PS: Do you use a machete at all? We use that and a "cheese cutter" for clearing survey lines, they work well for high volume small stuff. Alone in the woods, who stands to be King?

My primary tool of choice is a 13inch tree pruning saw, doubles as a machete for small stuff, granted a machete would probably work better for general small stuff clearing but the tree saw will take care of anything else that I would need and it's one tool to carry. Hope to get a few more days of skiing in before the season is up. Sorry you can't make it. Ryan

Let's shoot for Sunday if there is still any snow left by then, it looks to be the better of the 2 days. I don't mind snowshoeing in the snow, but rain or mixed precip just doesn't excite me. Any time from like 11am on works for me. Any time preferences? Ryan

I won't be in town on Saturday, so Sunday at 11am works for me. Dana

FYI, we lost an hour last night. Anyone still coming after the monsoon we got yesterday? Ryan

Whoops! I forgot about spring forward. I can make it, but I'll be about 20 minutes late. Head out without me if the crowd shows up on time.

I'm ok with with making it 12:00 noon (i.e. old 11am), anyone else object? I'm running behind schedule as well this morning.

Mark and Ryan, Thanks for the company and leading the expedition over and around the Pinnacle and Coit. Last week will most likely be the last snowshoe trek for Randy and I, unless the weather adds more white to landscape. We're preparing for the National Masters Mile at Reggie Lewis in Boston on March 29. I'm also getting in some mountain biking on the hills around North Newport and Croydon to prepare for Hopbrook in Ct. Dana

Good Luck to both of you at the Master's Mile. Mark and I went out yesterday and I expect that will be my last snowshoe of the season as well. Weather just isn't looking promising for winter to last much longer and that's ok with me. Ryan
