Well, Captain-High-Pressure's video got me psyched to ride and opportunity came knocking this morning in the form of the Cornish Town Forest. I felt pretty whipped today but new I had to switch over to studded tires and go see if I could remember what that mtb'ing thing was all about. Didn't know a climb to the lookout was in order but after a brief respite half way up I eventually made it all the way to the top. Of course the best part of going to the top is... you get to come back down again! Well despite a couple dicey river crossing with thin ice and some inopportune ice on the downhill the riding was good, I had a great time.
