Randy and I will be running the Pinnacle-Coit course Saturday morning 9am sharp from Newport HS parking lot. We'll run the course in the reverse direction of what we ran on Nov 4th. approx. 9 miles
You are welcome to join us.
The following week, we'll be at the Sunapee Turkey Trot, Thursday, Nov 22, 8am start - the course from what I understand will be just shy of 3 miles.

I measured the course to be about 8.35 miles and we completed it in about 1:36 minutes for an average pace of 11:30 mile pace, that doesn't quite seem right to me but that's what I got???

Does that pace include the sections I crawled?

We all started together and we all finished together, my watch ran the whole time inbetween so if there was crawling the time includes that too.
I'm less concerned about the crawling than I am about the rolling summer salts down a rock laiden trail.
How you doing Dan?
