A hike up the Pinnacle and various other trails is planned for Sunday, February 19th. There is no official time yet to leave, but its starting to look like noon. Anyone else interested. We are hoping to have a couple new members joining us.

What a great day in the woods! People really missed out. Ken and I spent nearly 4 hours enjoying the outdoors this afternoon. We cleaned up the major debris on Ledge Trail, hiked up past Pinnacle on Summer, and continued on doing a fair amount of bushwhacking, we eventually reached Coit Summit, explored the east side of Coit, and hiked back to the high school. On our way back from Coit we passed a 4 wheeler on Summer street who was kind enough to come out with a chain saw and remove several large trees blocking Summer Street Ext. Looks like there is hope for the trails yet, after all that wind damage.
