I need a few good men to join me in a hike to the Pinnacle on Midnight of Winter Carnival, which is Friday February 10th. We meet at the High School and HIke from there. I would like 2 helpers. We need a lead climber to break trail, and person to keep the middle in check and a sweep hiker. Let me know if you are interested...........You may not need snowshoes....... PJ

Who's the lucky group to be accompanied by such famous local athletes as Team Pinnacle? I should be able to help. I don't own snow shoes, but that seems like a beg/borrow/steal problem that is easily fixed. And if the season keeps up as it has, not only will we not need shoes, we could do it on bikes. MG

I'm up for a snowshoe or hike or bike that night. I also have a spare set of snowshoes. Ryan

I will be able to make it. Ryan, can I borrow your snowshoes? "If you brake, you don't win." Racer Mario Cipollini

In case it wasn't obvious to everyone, no snowshoes are necessary, however there are spots where the ice is dangerously slick. Wear your best anti-slip shoes. Ryan

Have there been any plans for a hike this weekend? I am going to a show Saturday night, so being able to go then would depend on when we left the High School. I would probably be back by midnight. "If you brake, you don't win." Racer Mario Cipollini
