I'm going to ride at some point this afternoon / evening, any interested parties out there? Very flexible on start time and route, probably looking to do 30-40 unless someone wants to do more. Ryan

At this point I'm not planning to ride until after 5 anyways and honestly the later the better, sun will be lower, and hopefully it will start to cool down a bit. Ryan

crap! I just whipped out a quick lunchtime ride. Glad you are waiting, I had to stop to douse myself with river water to keep cool. The wind going south on route 10 will blow you over. P

Ryan I think I'll ride in the morning. Not as early as Ken but before the heat.

Dan, when do you plan on riding and how far do you plan on going? -- Ken "If you brake, you don't win." Racer Mario Cipollini

Thinking 30 to 50 and about 8am. Maybe Newport to Henniker up 31 back home. that would be good.

Yeah, I was hoping to be home by 9am, so I definitely have to leave earlier than 8. -- Ken "If you brake, you don't win." Racer Mario Cipollini

Little did I know this would be one of those rare once every 6 months occurrences where I wake up at 5:30 and am actually awake.

Dan I added a new loop & time that's 42 miles if you're interested. It starts out the same way we rode with Chris & Mark a few weeks ago route 10 north to route 114 through Springfield into New London and then takes route 103a around the lake and back 103 -> 11 to Newport.
