Very interesting article. Although I don't think the intention of the article was to leave the reader wondering why they even exercise at, I think that is just about what it accomplishes. However I think the real point here is don't exercise hard every day. This may seem self evident to anyone who is prone to exercising hard every day and who has felt the affects of chronic over training like I have all to many times, but it is good advice to all athletes I think. I think this is yet another perfect example of the old adage, "Variety is the spice of life" and "do things in moderation". Words to live. Ryan
