Weather permitting, Newport High School to Mt. Sunapee traffic circle. Climb up access road to crest of hill (2nd parking lot). Take 103B to Sunapee and back home. Leave by 5:20 AM. Ken, it was too wet to ride this morning but I did do hill repeats ( or, more appropriately, incline repeats) on the treadmill at the gym and threw in an extra one for you.

If I ride tomorrow, it will be easy flat riding. I might just ride up rt. 10.
