Planing on doing the Springfield loop tomorrow at 5:15 AM. May break off to Georges Mills if time is running short, otherwise I plan to take 114 until it intersects Newport Road in New London. Anybody else interested? At least tomorrow morning we shouldn't need parkas like Monday morning.

Day off also means I can spend it with the family, so I can get a bike ride in and spend the day with my wife and boys.

Well, the early AM ride was a bust. My youngest had the stomach bug yesterday, and my wife got it overnight, so I had to stay home with the kids, who usually are up by 6:30. I guess I got my wish about spending time with them.......

slacker!!!!! I guess we have to start class at 4 on Friday and do hill sprints up Loverin till Aggie, Nick and Dana meet us at 5:15 at the High School. I will wait at the bottom and watch for cars.

Actually, I was just kidding. My knee is a little sore so I am taking it easy till this weekend. I want to race Sunday, but won't be able to if my knee still hurts.
