Intervals on Oak Street! Warmup out to the Flats and back, then NMHS up Oak St. and back to the High School. Repeat.
There may be thunderstorms in the early AM so we go only if the radar looks OK.

Nick and Aggie did a great job on the hill repeats, especially considering they never did them before! All the spinning torture is paying off! Rode out to the flats and back, and then we did four Oak St. Hill repeats (at least I thought it was four). Thanks also to Ken and Dana for helping everyone with motivation. Rain thankfully held off until midway up the last hill repeat.
