I know a few of you are heading out for a 70-miler on the road on Sunday, but for anyone who wants to hit the trails with a rather out of shape biker I'll be heading out around 9:00 AM from the high school.

It will be easy to spot me, because I'll be the one trying to remember how a mountain bike works...
