Newport Middle High School to Mt. Sunapee and back....maybe some interval workouts on the access road before heading back if time permits :wink: . We'll work on maintaining an efficient cadence on the way out and back now that I replaced the battery in my cycle computer.

Same kick off time - leave by 5:20 at the latest. It should be a few degrees warmer at the start and looks like the weather should be OK.

Again, everyone did a great job on Friday. Loverin Hill is challenging, and everyone can be justly proud of getting up it.
