I am leaving Newport at 1pm today, riding to Tele Atlas to meet up with Dana and riding back. 76 miles in all. If interested, meet at the Newport High.

Route is North on rt 10, right onto 114, left onto 4 corners, left onto 4a and follow that all the way to Lebanon. Then follow that same route back home.

How about we just leave later and ride 54 miles twice as fast.

That was quite a ride today. 50+ miles averaging over 19mph. Dana surprised us coming up out of Lebanon on 4a. That was the first time we sweat. At one point the three of us were averaging about 26mph on route 10. Ryan and I hit the High School Football Tower at about 31mph to finish the ride.

I won all but 1 Sprint, but that one doesn't count. :D

I will say this Dana did make us work for it on that first hill after meeting up with him. Oh and pretty much any other time we decided to slack off for a minute.
