I am meeting a collegiate rider in front of the Hogan Center at Colby-Sawyer at 10 am Saturday for 1 to 1 1/2 ride. Others are welcome to join us. We will ride mostly at an Endurance pace with 20 min at a fast tempo and do a few sprints to get ready for Sunday's race. We probably do the 114/4a loop.

no can do Saturday, last saturday spinning class......What race on Sunday....a road race?
