For those that are interested, I was thinking about doing a bi-weekly "BRICK" workout to get and stay in shape for the triathlons. I was thinking we could organize it somewhat like the weekly Wednesday rides. We could do any combination of MTB/Road bike and Trail/Road run. Obviously this wouldn't start for a little bit, but is anyone interested?? I am planning on doing them anyhow, but groups of people always make it more fun. -- Ken "If you brake, you don't win."
