I like all of Ken's goals except the last one. Even though I have this target on my back I will help him reach his goal.
First Ken you need to eat two large chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies washed down with 8oz of whole milk before bed every night during the off season. This will help you burn energy for your workouts the next morning. If you seem to not be loosing any weight don't worry about it at first, if after about a month you are still not loosing add another cookie before bed and do this for five weeks.

Dan,
This has been working great. I have lost an additional 8 pounds since Christmas and I am feeling much stronger. I might be able to achieve my goals this summer. :D
I did find out that juice and 1% milk work much better than whole milk, and a Natures Valley granola bar, or carrots, or a banana work much better than cookies.

Girl Scouts are selling cookies now too. Better get some before PJ takes all of them. You only have a few weeks left to train and we'll be on the road.
