We need to come up with a date for a group picture to send to our sponsors. Along with a letter telling them of all the events we entered this year. PJ, I know you have talked about this in the past do you have any suggestions?

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Once the photo is taken, have everybody sign it. Then you can take it to a copy shop and get color copies ... or have everyone sign every one.

I cannot begin to tell you how much sponsors enjoy getting race reports and other updates from teams they sponsor.

I create a *Team Update* every year for the sponsors of the Sunapee/S&W Racing Team. We also use it to try and attract new sponsors for the next year. If you are interested in checking it out, you can find the current one at the following web address:

It would best to do this sooner than later, before the Fall colors fade or one of us soils their uniform. :shock:

From the Pinnacle would be nice, since its like our team name. A little more hassle to get everyone up there, especially a pikshertakr.

Brian I'll pass your question to Gadget. It is going to be hard to get everyone together so another idea I have is for each of us to send a digital picture of themselves in an action shot or posing in the uniform and make a collage. Gadget could do that also. If this is something you would like to do let her know and we'll work it out the details on where to send the pictures etc,

It doesn't matter where you go in life .... it's who you have beside you.

Gadget will post the group shot. I think someone needs to make a list of the people not in the picture and we also need a list of all the events we entered and what our finishes were. Then mail group print and a few individual action prints and list to sponsors along with thank you.

Reply here with your finishes or start a new thread, so we don't have to track it down........lets start a new thread.

We should definitely incorporate the picture into the front page somehow also.
