The 2013 Ride of Silence will leave the Grantham Park 'n Ride Wed May 15 at 7pm.
No talking, wear a helmet, 8.2 miles, and max speed of 12.
In 2012 there were about 100 riders.
The ride is in memory of those injured or killed on the road.

Thanks Mike for posting this up. I plan to be there. I hear you might be on a bike that day as well? I look forward to seeing that.

Please come out and support this event. There is no cost, all you have to do is show up with a bike & helmet and ride. Ride whatever you have, it doesn't have to be a Road Bike, a mtb or hybrid will work just as well. If 8 miles is too far, you do not have to ride the whole thing. Get there early if possible as the Park N Ride was full when I arrived last year, so I ended up parking in the overflow lot down the street.

My expectation is the weather will be nicer this year.
