We will be leading a pre-ride of the bike course Thurday evening. Lap 1 will depart at 5:30, with a second lap departing around 6:30. Feel free to join in from either or both.

Slight change of plans for me. I will be running the course with my sister at 6, then start riding. I will be doing atleast 2 laps, riding into the dark if necessary. Bring lights if you want to join for some night riding.

I may be late, just found out I need to take my boy to a doctor's appointment for 3:15. If you do not see me by 5:30 head on out and follow the arrows. I will catch up at some point. Lots of little improvements to be checked out tonight. We think your are going to be pleasently surprised with today's work.

i snuck out early...incredible...can't wait to do it again...of course it is a bit like painting, you fix one section....

In case anyone was wondering, Greg is still pretty freakin' fast.

The course in great shape, it is going to be super fast on Sunday. I haven't been up to the pinnacle in years, I don't remember it hurting so much.
