Thursday is supposed to be the nicest day of the week! A perfect 70 degrees for our run, and we have a few new runners coming this week!

Remember, all abilities are welcome - both on trail and off. Come one come all!

PS - I got a cooler, ice and some money to chip in - who's bringing the beer?

Meeting at the Newport Highschool track. Will do both a track run and a trail run - whichever you are interested in.

I plan to be there.

Looks like we are loosing Russell for 4-6 months as he will be hiking the Appalachian Trail. He is flying to Georgia on Sunday.

So, who do you have trail running?

Julie that is entirely dependent on who comes. I usually lead the trail run. So far there hasn't been more then a handful of people but we occasionally run into the tough mudder group who may or may not join us.

I think we are going to have a pretty good group today. The weather is good and we have two new runners joinging us. I may or may not opt out of the trail run today, but there should be about 7 people on the trail and another handful on the track today.
