I won't make it this Thursday due to open house at my kid's school so Ill be at the track at 5:30 on Wednesday if anyone is interested.

Looking to run 4x1000m or could easily be talked into a 4 mile tempo run.

I'll be there with my son. I will probably finish up with a short easy trail run with him.
