FYI, for those interested there is a 5k called the Windmill 5k in Lempster Sat morning:

Kids race starts at 10:30am and adult race at 11:00 am.

Very hard to read the text with a moving background, for me anyway.

I agree but I didn't design it. I generally like the look but the moving background was a bad idea.
