NEW TIME - Running Club is now meeting a 1/2 hour earlier at 5:30 instead of 6. We are meeting as always, every Thursday at the Newport HS Track. From there we will be doing both a trail run and a track workout. Sometimes we split up into two groups and sometimes we stay together - just depends on the concensus of the group.
