Soo, how did everyone do? Our walk/run was fantastic. Not too hot in the woods, and the light breeze did away with most of the bugs. Fantastic day.

35 miles for Team Lovely, riding for Saturley and Feeney..., glorious day. Twins learned the term "on your left" and go to say it this year. Jagger- 5 bags of chips Gavin- 12 mini twix bars Ryder- 1/4 gu, and 1 cliff bar. averaged about 10 mph on the single speeds.

I missed doing the event with the crew this year but I did do a ride out here in Silverdale Washington area thinking of everyone. My future grandson's father Kyle escorted me around 37 miles of some of the best climbing roads in the area. He is from here and knows the roads. He was on a Yamaha scooter I was on a Specialized, that kept me chasing all the time. Fun ride, not the 100 miles usually done on this day but intense just the same. See everyone in Aug. Dan

So that's the secret to staying ahead of Dan on the road.
The weather really cooperated this year making for a wonderful 100 miles in the saddle. It was nice to see a lot of you on the road and to ride with some new faces. Despite the head wind after Cube it was nice to have a tail wind on VT 5 for a change.
