Looking forward to seeing everyone on Thursday night. We will be meeting at the HS track parking lot at 6:00pm for our workout. The workout will be based on effort, so all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to join us! This weeks workout: Experienced Runners: 5-10 Minute Warmup 5 x 800m at effort 3-4 with 400m effort 1 recoveries. 5-10 Minute Cool Down Stretch Inexperienced Runners: 5-10 Minute Warmup 5 x 4 minute at effort 3-4 with 2 minute effort 1 or walk recoveries. 5-10 Minute Cool Down Stretch Some ladies are asking for extra guidance. With that said, I will give a 5-10 minute education on our strides at the beginning of the session, to be practiced during the session.
