Anyone interested in doing a hybrid time trial at 5:30 am tomorrow, Thursday July 6th. The loop is 17 miles including the warmup. Here is a link to the loop. The ride from Jiffy Mart (or High School) to the Croydon Fire dept is the warmup and the timing starts at Loverin Hill.

Hope to see you there. Are you going to use your racing bike with the bigger tires, or are you going to use a MTB??

I need to read the ride time more carefully. I never thought anyone would ride at 5:30am unless it was a life or death situation. I thought it was an after work ride. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Not a problem. Dana and I ride at 5:30 almost every morning. If you look on local loops, you will see a bunch of 5am loops that Dana and I have been riding.

Dan, I'm with you. Life or Death, yeah it would just about be the death of me to ride at 5am unless I was still up from the day before.

If you want/need another early bird partner for early morning rides I'm certainly up for it. Its the only time I can get a workout in. I'm only free Tuesday AM & Thursday AM from 1st light until 6:30 or 6:45 AM. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday I teach spinning class at the gym at 5:15 AM.

Sounds good. I will post on Monday and Wednesday if we are going to be riding Tuesday or Thursday. Both of us are just getting in shape for riding this year, so you might find us slowing you down, but its still a workout either way you look at it. We are also planning on doing 45-60 minute Pinnacle rides atleast one morning a week just to get up in the woods rather than always riding on the road. The roads are good for endurance and losing weight, but the trails are what I am going to be racing on, so the more trails the better.
