the Tour de Speed in Canada, an annual stage race (time trial and road race) for girls and boys age 10 to 16. It's put on by the Newmarket Eagles Cycling Club of Newmarket, Ontario as part of the Ontario Cycling Association's Ontario Youth Cup 6-race series.

Granted TP has a pretty good youth program already, but it would be really nice to boost the ranks with more youth from outside the existing gene pool.

These guys are doing it right.
