What I find most interesting is that in order to be an approved lab, the lab has to be able to detect down to a certain level of this substance. Alberto tested well below this level. So if his sample went to an approved lab that met the minimum standard of detection instead of one that is capable of exceeding this standard, this would have never been discovered. So if he is below the minimum standard required of the labs why is this even being discussed. In other words, the powers that be set the acceptacle level of this substance and Alberto did not exceed this level. Therefore his suspension seems to violate their own rules.
