Cheating has existed as long a competition. I'm not sure if those particular videos are right, but If is is possible then someone is doing it.

Of course it is real. I see proof of it every time I go to a race. There always seems to be people riding faster than me and this is the only plausible explanation.

Very interesting discussion guys. I'd love to have one too. You have to love the video. In order to have something like that be affective for more than 20 meters it would probably weight like 20 pounds offsetting any benefit in the long distance that you would receive in the short but it's a nice theory.
