I saw the beginning of the road work on 103, got to actually ride on the new Rt. 11. That downhill is even faster now. Now if they could just pave Rt. 10 from Newport to Brook Road, we would be all set.

I suspect they may continue some paving on 11. I just hope they finish up what they are doing on the affected race course before the race.
