This past Saturday was a very productive day towards cleaning the single track trails. Fire line, Long trail, Fisher cat and Woodpecker were been cleared of felled trees as of Saturday.

I mistakenly called for all hands needed when in fact we are keeping these present details at a minimum. We had three chainsaw operators with five grunts clearing the cuts from the trees. After a few more detail we should be in good shape. All trails have been scouted except Moose Track, if anybody was in there before trails were closed how did you find it?

A general clean-up of the many twigs and small in your derailleur pieces will be held as a FOMBA work party. At which time I will post "All help needed" and not get reamed for jumping the rake and clip job.

As for the trails themselves I (The Maz) see no problem opening them on schedule as in previous years. Of course all depends on the "April Showers" leading into the "Merry Month of May".

I'll post any more updates on the trails as they come along as we (FOMBA) look towards another great year on the trails we all love so much.
