Kingdom Trails have opened this weekend! Report is they are still a bit wet, but rideable. I have some vacation time coming up and want to hit the trails up there, probably in 2 weeks time. If anyone is interested let me know. A day trip...

Kingdom Trails is located in Northern Vermont and has over 100 miles of singletrack. It has recieved numerous awards as one the top 5 mountain bike destinations in the US. We rode 40 miles there last year in a day and had an absolute blast. the singletrack is smooth and groomed and you will not see any 4 wheelers, just beautiful country side. Not overly technical, but swooping downhills, with great climbs. It is worth it to be in good shape, so you can really enjoy going fast. It is mountain biker heaven.

I know some folks where I work that were heading up this weekend. I will get a trail condition report tomorrow if they did not puss out. My time for the rest of the month is pretty well booked, so I may have to wait until the second trip of the season.

Kingdom trail report is in and condition are good. Not all the trails were open last weekend, but most of the good stuff was ready and fast. Few wet spots to deal with, but nothing more than you would expect in New England in the spring.
