I will be out on Salem's Lot today doing some trail hardening in the wet area at the bottom of the bermed switchbacks. I have plenty of tools so no need to bring extra unless you have a favorite.
Would love some help, plenty to do.

What a great day to be in the woods with gental snowfall all afternoon.
I had a nice visit with Loren & Jenny and Dave from New London (on a 29er). Always nice to have visitors.
I even got a little trail hardening done today. Lots more to do.
It is my general game plan to be out there again on Sunday. I should be there by noon time and will be there a while if anyone is interested in lending a hand.

Sunday work proved to be daunting in the fresh snowfall and firming ground. I opted out of placing any more stones and instead hauled as many rocks to the work area as energy and time permitted. I also hauled out the rock dolly and all my tools today as it's looking like trail work is over for the season. I will pick this project back up in the spring unless the weather breaks sooner.

I got out for a little trail work down at Franklin Falls on Sunday, but you may be right that it was the last one for the year. I'll keep my eyes on the trailwork forum when it gets warm again!
