Dan id help you look for your legs there but its been so long since I rode last i think in would loose my lunch....right now im doing short rides around Sunapee trying to get into atleast bad bike riding shape...to bad i cant convert the hiking and rock climbing muscle into riding muscles

Some friends you will see in those pictures like to rock & ice climb (Joan & Al) but Al is out of commission until the snow flies do to a recent broken femur.

I went to see Al the other day, it was not his hip as we all initially thought, which is probably a good thing, it was a broken femur up high.

We have Jason Avery, local rock climber.....and I mess around a bit.

Hiking with Ryan is fine, just don't snowshoe with him, he seems to find anyplace but the trail.
