I am planning on doing an easy 4-5 mile trail run. If there are any takers let me know.
Time is flexible.

I was thinking that I'd go for a bit of a jog... my legs aren't too happy with me for riding yesterday. Is 6 too late for you?

6 is fine with me. If you don't mind we can meet at my house and run from here. I back up to the Town Forest on the 11 side, I can see the trail from my window.
I private messaged you with directions.

Thanks Ryan and Adam for taking it easy on me with my first run since March. 46 minutes was just right.

It was my first run in a while as well so I didn't want to go very far or very fast either.
Thanks for both coming over, it was short but sweet.

Ryan,
FYI, I am running the stix loop with Foote stetson and his crew on Tuesday at noon if you care to join. It will be a slow run just guiding them around the course. Of course if anyone else happens to have 12noon on Tuesday available, meet at Stetsons Blacksmith shop just before noon.
