FYI, for those new to Local Loops & Stage races, after you are happy with your time (you only get one shot at adding a time):

1) Login to the Forum
2) Click on the "Local Loops" link at the top of the page
3) In Local Loops, click on the "Contribute" Link
4) In Contribute, click on the "Add a Time" Link
5) On the next page make sure you select the last option "Stage Race Time"
6) Select the stage to add your time to on the next page
7) Enter your time data and click the "Add Time" button

To verify you have entered your time corectly, click on the "Stage Races" link, then select the Stage Race in question, and click the "Results" link for the stage in question and your information should be listed there.
