Here is a link to daily live coverage of the Giro. Coverage starts everyday at 8:30am. I watched some of today's stage, good quality.

Definitely not during the TT. I'd be surprised if I hit 20.

That's not crazy it's INSANE!!! Crash at that speed and you won't have to worry about the injuries, you'll be dead.
