Is there any interest this year in a weekly no drop trail run??? I haven't been running much but this might help motivate me. Perhaps we start off small and work up to a longer distance. Ryan

I am interested. It keeps me going and forces me to be there, which I am always happy I am. Monday night may be my only potential night, but probably can't do it tommorrow as I skipped all weekend and need a long bike. P

Ok Let's start this coming Monday. How does 5:30 pm sound? The time doesn't really matter to me so what ever works for everyone else interested works for me. Ryan

Ok, when I return in a couple weeks. I'll attempt some running in CA before hand.

Sorry to jump in late on this one, but Monday and Friday are nights that don't work for me. Tuesday or Thursday are good. Alone in the woods, who stands to be King?

Thursdays it is for the group run, and it sounds like there could be a pick up run on Mondays for those interested. PJ, I might be able to make Mondays once in a while as well. Ryan

So is anyone in for a run tomorrow? It may rain, then again it may not. Alone in the woods, who stands to be King?

Meet you at the end of Cheney.......4:30. You should be able to post your time on the stage race......Ryan fixed it. I gave you 4 second penalty for a rolling start. Contribute, time, stage race time....and you have it.
