I can make either day work, Saturday will probably be better if we can be home by 5:00. Sunday would need to be 2pm at the earliest with dark being the curfew. [img:7c60f52a7e]http://www.team-pinnacle.org/albums/bc_personal/120x90.png[/img:7c60f52a7e]

Possibly.......What is the distance if I come back via route 10? probably 40+ still, so I may try it. There is something on the common from 9-12, so that may be my only conflict. I will confirm later. No earlier than 10 though, huh? PJ

10 is the agreed upon time. Total distance is 52.5, I think Goshen was 30 something (?35?). If need be you could always cut off at Unity rd, that would easily cut the ride in half. Additionally you could ride 25 before and meet us at 10 for the second 25.

I plan on getting out Saturday for a couple of modest-paced hours anytime after 1:00, and then again on Sunday (any time works on Sunday) for a harder and/or longer ride. Can't make Saturday AM, Little League is on the calender. Would love company for either or both rides. One of the two rides could be in the woods. MG

Mark, your times and my times line up pretty good. I have Saturday from 1:00-4:00 and Sunday anytime after 10:00 for any amount of time. Maybe a nice road ride today then a combo ride tomorrow? Springfield loop followed by a full Pinnacle loop? [img:7c60f52a7e]http://www.team-pinnacle.org/albums/bc_personal/120x90.png[/img:7c60f52a7e]

That sounds fine. How about the Newport High School at 2:00 today for a modest paced road ride (a recovery day for me), then we'll plan out the day tomorrow. Cheers, MG

Sounds good Mark. Tomorrow times are a bit in flux, family has mentioned a lunchtime picnic at the Pinnacle. So I may not be able to get out until 1:00-1:30. [img:7c60f52a7e]http://www.team-pinnacle.org/albums/bc_personal/120x90.png[/img:7c60f52a7e]

careful of the heat, My body said no to what I asked it to do today. So I walked. On another note, Coit South is great!

Dido to the heat. Between the hills, the effort, and the heat I nearly passed out coming up Brook road until I remembered my jersey had a zipper. To add insult to injury Dana planted the thought of jumping in the river in my head and every time I looked at it my temperature went up a few degrees. Next time I'm jumping in, not stopping was just stupid. The heat was just radiating off Brook road all the way up. My blood still thinks it's 30 degrees out. I think it fried my already depreciated brain. Ryan p.s. I'm going to take out some of the off camber on Coit South, it really bothered my knees running up it the other day.

I guess I'm the oddball here, I really enjoyed riding in the heat today. I had other problems due to a lingering cold, but the temps felt so good. [img:7c60f52a7e]http://www.team-pinnacle.org/albums/bc_personal/120x90.png[/img:7c60f52a7e]

I tested out the Job's Creek TT today. I was sweating, but it wasn't so much because of the heat. -- Ken "If you brake, you don't win." Racer Mario Cipollini

FYI, Goshen was 45 miles in, guess I was a bit off on my guess.

I will be at the Newport High School Parking lot at 2:00 with both Road and MTB's. My plan is to ride a couple of hours in the woods, but I'd rather ride on the road with company than in the woods alone. MG
