I rode with the Claremont group last night. We did the Mt. Ascutney loop counter clockwise. It involved some fast climbs, fast pacelines and tons of sprinting. There was probably 20 people in the group and I was stuck at the back of the pack for the first couple sprints. After that, I brought myself to the front of the group and stayed there for the rest of the ride. I think I won 4 of the sprints and got 3rd place in the NH/VT state line sprint. I really wanted that one, but the 1st/2nd place guys went by me VERY far left and I just couldn't slide over and close the gap in time. Legs were very tired afterwards. -- Ken "If you brake, you don't win." Racer Mario Cipollini
