I got lost so many times I could have made a comedy video; I should not be allowed out in those woods unattended. PJ, THANK YOU for the trail signs.
My next outing is hopefully Monday the 22nd midday. I hope someone will join me!

Can the Pinnacle trail map data be downloaded to a GPS? That would help the rescue crews find my frozen carcass more efficiently.
Now that I think of it, Tim modified the Pinnacle map to add longitude and latitude scales. Can that make it to the website?
Thanks,
MG

Mark,
You have to think like an Indian. You need to immerse yourself into the woods environment. Listen to the blue jays...listen to the wind...notice the sun/moon positions. Trust yourself and do not panic. Dare to go where no one else dares to go. Or...you could backtrack now that we have snow.
Good luck!

Mark,
I will most likely go out Sunday, Dec 28th (any time daylight) and Weds, Dec 31st (5:30-6pm start, meet at Ryan's place is OK with me). Randy, Laurie and I are running Indoor Track, so I'll have to fit my shoeing around that schedule.

Due to change in snow conditions and warm temps, I will pass on snow shoeing today. Running this morning instead.
